What is the difference between "Percentage of grand total including extra charge" and "Percentage of grand total excluding extra charge" fee calculation methods?

These options are for different purposes and produce different results.

"Percentage of grand total including extra charge" allows the shop owner to compensate for the fee charged by the payment service.
"Percentage of grand total excluding extra charge" allows the shop owner to increase the order total for the selected percentage.

Example:

For example, a customer buys a product for 1000 euro. If he could pay in cash, shop owner would receive 1000 euro.

If the customer pays via PayPal, the shop owner receives 3% less, since he has to pay the payment service fee.

If "Percentage of grand total excluding extra charge" is chosen, the customer will be charged for 1030 euro. In this case after paying 3% fee shop owner will get 999.10 euro (almost 1 euro less than the real product price).

If the shop owner wants to compensate for his losses in full amount, he should choose "Percentage of grand total including extra charge". In this case the customer will be charged for 1030.93 euro, and after paying the fee, the shop owner will receive exactly 1000 euro.
