YML export specifics

Products aren't exported and/or the YML does not pass validation

Yandex.Market uses specific standards for uploaded feeds. Because of this, some products do not get exported and/or the YML file may not pass the check when uploading it to Yandex.Market.

For the products to get exported and for the file to pass validation make sure that:

  • The products are included in a category — products without categories aren't included in the YML file
  • Base Currency in the extension settings is set to Russian roubles (RUR, RUB), Belarusian roubles (BYN), Ukranian hryvnas (UAH) or Kazakh tenges (KZT)
  • Export Currency in the extension settings is set to US dollars (USD), Euro (EUR), Russian roubles (RUR, RUB), Belarusian roubles (BYN), Ukranian hryvnas (UAH) or Kazakh tenges (KZT)
  • The store views used for the feed export use US dollars (USD), Euro (EUR), Russian roubles (RUR, RUB), Belarusian roubles (BYN), Ukranian hryvnas (UAH) or Kazakh tenges (KZT)
  • Mandatory product description elements are set in the extension settings

Prices are exported incorrectly

Product prices are exported in the Store views display currency. You can export prices from:

  • US dollars (USD)
  • euros (EUR)
  • Russian roubles (RUR, RUB)
  • Belarusian roubles (BYN)
  • Ukranian hryvnas (UAH)
  • Kazakh tenges (KZT)

If you use different export currencies, the feed won't get accepted to Yandex.Market.

If you don't have currency rates set, then "CB" will be used instead (the Central Bank of Russia rate, for the user's region). To set your own currency rates go to System -> Manage currency -> Rates
